ORDER COMPLETION:
Orders from a customer
catalog or the blank apparel catalog, are placed on the following Friday. All blank apparel should arrive in-house within
one week. Completion time of order will depend on size of design and quantity of blanks ordered. For example, an order of
25 shirts with a logo that has 10,000 stitches, will take approximately 1 day to complete. Before your order is placed, we
will give you an estimated time to completion. If you order must be shipped, it will be shipped via USPS priority mail and
arrive within 2 - 3 business days. If you order is being delivered locally, you can expect delivery the day after completion.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to ship any order until full payment is recieved.
SHIPPING:
All
shipped orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation information is provided
via email. Orders from the embroidered apparel catalog are usually instock and will be mailed within two days of order. If
we for any reason, there is delay in shipping your order, we will notify you immediately!
PAYMENTS:
Only payments via PayPal are accepted. Credit card payments are accepted through the Paypal service. Orders will not be
shipped until full payment is received.
RETURNS:
We know
you'll be happy with our embroidered items. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the problem. However, please be aware that after 15
days, all sales are final and complete.
